群聯淨利新高每股17.48元

（中央社記者張建中新竹2015年3月17日電）記憶體控制晶片廠群聯 (8299) 去年稅後淨利新台幣32.01億元，創歷史新高紀錄，每股純益17.48元。

儘管去年第4季儲存型快閃記憶體(NAND Flash)市況旺季效應不如預期顯著，不過，群聯去年整體營運依然穩定成長，合併營收330.74億元，年增2.8%。

群聯去年毛利率16.9%，較前年下滑0.88個百分點，不過，在所得稅費用減少下，稅後淨利達32.01億元，年增0.96%，創歷史新高紀錄，每股純益17.48元。

群聯董事會除通過去年度財報外，同時決議辦理私募增資，額度以2000萬股為限，私募對象將以策略投資人為限。
