擴充產能友達購機器設備

（中央社記者潘智義台北2015年3月17日電）為因應今年產能擴充計畫，友達光電 (2409) 今天公告，訂購製造液晶顯示器設備，自去年4月2日至今年3月17日交易總金額新台幣6億6255.2萬元。

友達1月29日法人說明會指出，今年在台中后里8.5代廠擴充產能，新增產能玻璃基板月投片量2.5萬至3萬片，整體產能增加5%。新產能預計2016年中開出。

友達董事會決議辦理現金增資發行普通股，參與發行海外存託憑證，或現金增資發行普通股；辦理現金增資私募普通股；辦理私募海外或國內轉換公司債。是否增資仍須視市場實際狀況而定，希望備而不用。
