《國際產業》揮軍遊戲app市場，任天堂攜手DeNA

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】為了吸引遊戲玩家回巢，任天堂宣布與線上遊戲公司DeNA結盟，將共同開發與經營遊戲app及付費服務。

　任天堂宣布將出售價值220億日圓的股份給DeNA公司，DeNA亦將出售220億日圓的股份給任天堂，透過資本結盟，任天堂將持有DeNA公司10%的股份，而DeNA對任天堂的持股比率為1.24%。

　任天堂與DeNA表示，兩家公司將共同為智慧型裝置開發遊戲應用程式，並開發與個人電腦（PC）、智慧手機等裝置相容的核心系統。
