南港輪胎案 A錢協理夫婦起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北2014年11月11日電）台北地檢署偵辦南港輪胎協理陳啟清、張月蕉夫婦涉收回扣案，今天依違反證交法等罪嫌起訴陳氏夫婦。

南港輪胎公司今年5月中報案，指公司資材部協理陳啟清涉嫌利用職務之便，向採購貿易商索取回扣款；檢警初步清查後，發現至少有10幾家廠商向陳男支付每公噸天然膠7美元至40美元的回扣款，陳男17年來收取回扣款，總金額超過新台幣2億3000萬元。

檢警7月間執行搜索，在陳氏夫婦家中等處查獲鉅額新台幣現鈔，經清點為新台幣2億8530萬元，另有美鈔等，總計查扣總價值近3億元，已分別入北檢國庫專戶及贓物庫。
